HOW WE WORK
Large Sporting Events - Sponsor’s activation, UK June 2017
Number of staff: 53
On a major sporting event taking place in Cardiff we provided: 51 Hospitality Host/esses, 1 Staff Manager, 1 Transfer Manager .
The assistants had different responsibilities:
airport meet and greet
guest transport supervision
guest meal supervision
directing guests at venues
hosting meetings and activation activities at the hub.
Pharmaceutical Conference, London November 2017
Number of staff: 11
On a 4-day pharmaceutical event in central London we provided 11 hosts to assist with:
general meeting assistance
transfers and dinner supervision in the evening.
International Hospitality, Ashgabat July to September 2017
Number of staff: 43
For an international sporting event taking place in Asia we provided: 1 senior operations manager, 3 overall support managers, 7 venue managers and 32 venue supervisors.
The senior operations manager was involved during the planning of the event 1 month before through to the end and the venue staff worked for the 5 weeks of the event.
Incentive, London March 2017
Number of staff: 1
For a small incentive group visiting from Italy we provided a tour leader.
The TL picked up the group as they arrived at Heathrow airport and accompanied them during their busy 5 days programme in London. The TL assisted with:
any requests the group had during their stay.

He’s the creative nerd behind every new Tweeter post and has a slight obsession with the chocolate and stout vegan cake from the local coffee shop.

Jean-Moussa is the dreamer of the team! He’s a sports enthusiast, having worked on many international sporting events from the Olympics to Rugby and football World Cups.
Oh, and he plays Canoe-Polo (yes, that’s a thing!)
